I work on content quality for Meta platforms, managing multiple concurrent review workstreams across international content partners.
My work sits where content operations meets AI. I do human review and labeling that helps train and evaluate AI content classifiers, design quality rubrics built so both people and AI models can score consistently, and create the processes, checklists, and training documentation my team runs on.
What this role has taught me: how large platforms turn messy, subjective judgments about content into systems that scale, and how human judgment stays essential even as AI does the first pass.
